Introduction

With its medieval theme and quirky characteristics, Bronze Casino appears somewhat retro and unique—or dated and clunky, depending on your viewpoint. The good news is that there is a 3-part welcome bonus for all new players, a 4-tier VIP scheme, a huge collection of games and a responsive live support team to help players get started. 

Unfortunately, even with all of these positive aspects, Bronze Casino doesn’t quite live up to expectations. To understand where the casino falls short—and crucially, to know whether you can trust them with your hard-earned cash—you’ll need to read our review. 

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses are generally viewed as crucial to the success of online casinos. However, the bonuses & promotions at Bronze Casino fall woefully short of expectations. The welcome bonus, for example, is one of the most modest we’ve seen and is very unlikely to lead to profit for players. 

On the plus side, there are more generous deposit matches (a new recurring offer each month) and a VIP loyalty program which, over the long run, could pay dividends to players. 

Bonuses

Like many online casinos, Bronze Casino offers its players a 3-part welcome bonus. However, the offer itself is quite unlike most casinos:

• 2nd deposit—100% Bonus Cash + 20 free spins

• 3rd deposit—150% Bonus Cash + 30 free spins

The general bonus terms are outlined below:

In the context of the current online casino landscape, these are not good bonuses. The first bonus is 10% cashback with high wagering requirements which will, in all likelihood, never turn a profit. The 2nd bonus is better (10% deposit match with no wagering requirements) but still falls short of expectations. The 3rd bonus is a small cash bonus with 45x wagering requirements—again, profit is very unlikely. 

Worse, the maximum amount players can win from the free spins is €100. However, in order for this withdrawal to be approved, players need to make a deposit of €50—an absolutely absurd rule. This €50 must then be wagered at least 10x before any money can be withdrawn. At the same time, the minimum withdrawal is €100, which makes this whole process extremely convoluted and, in practice, makes it impossible to win using the free spins. 

Unfortunately there are further convoluted banking rules (see “Payment Methods”) which mean we have to encourage players to avoid these bonuses.

Other Promotions

There are a few promotions in addition to the welcome bonus:

It’s €15,000 for gold and €25,000+ for platinum. There are various rewards for ascending tiers, including access to exclusive promotions, a personal account manager, and mystery gifts!

Casino Games and Game Providers

Despite the archaic platform design and spurious T&Cs from the bonuses, the games selection is actually very good. Players can use a dropdown menu to filter games (options include video slots, table games, scratch cards, live dealer, poker and others) and can filter by developer thereafter. 

The biggest collection of games belongs to video slots. There are slots from 25 different developers, including names like Yggdrasil, Betsoft, Booongo, Mr Slotty, and Rival Gaming. All of these games can be played for free in demo mode (by clicking “Try It” on the relevant thumbnail) and there are more than 1,000 in all. 

More impressive by far is the live dealer games selection—there are nearly 200 unique tables covering blackjack, roulette, baccarat, teen patti, sic bo, fruit race, andar bahar and many others. It is one of the most comprehensive live dealer collections we’ve seen, with all of these games provided by Lucky Streak, Vivo, BetConstruct, TV Bet, Super Spade and SA Gaming.

The superb live collection makes the RNG games all the more surprising—just 16 in total! However, players can also enjoy scratch cards, keno, bingo, jackpot games and a few others. All in all, Bronze Casino provides an impressive and varied range of games!

Payment Methods

Unfortunately, while banking is usually a tick-box exercise for online casinos, our analysis of banking at Bronze Casino has not left a good impression. 

Deposits

Players can deposit using 3 payment methods: Visa, Mastercard and Amex. The casino does not apply extra fees to deposits and all payments are processed within 24 hours. On the surface, deposits with Bronze Casino are pretty straightforward. 

There are, however, various rules stipulated by the casino which made us uneasy. For example, rather than list a minimum and maximum deposit, the casino states that these are “adjustable by us at any time”. But it’s the withdrawal limits which are truly unusual. 

Withdrawals

Withdrawals can only be processed to a player’s bank account, rather than through any of the available deposit methods. The withdrawal limit is €5,000 per month and the casino aims to process withdrawals within 5 days. Controversial rules: 

• If a player’s accumulated deposit amount does not exceed €200, the player can only withdraw up to 10x their last deposit. All remaining cash will be redeemed by the casino.  
• Any deposited funds which aren’t wagered will be subject to a 3% fee. 
• Minimum withdrawal is €100.
• The casino states, without specific details, that “we may charge your balance a withdrawal fee”

Security

While the platform does provide a secure SSL connection and has some content devoted to security and responsible gambling, combing through the T&Cs did not leave us convinced. There are numerous references to freezing players’ accounts, withholding payments and applying charges, none of which are explained in clear terms. 

As a player, I would be hesitant to put my personal data and money in the hands of Bronze Casino.

Conclusion

On balance, we cannot give this casino a positive rating. In addition to a host of problematic T&Cs (as regards payments and fees) there is also a significant number of negative and detailed reviews from fellow players online. 

The lack of transparency with banking, combined with the disappointing bonuses and extremely outdated design force us to say that those looking for high-quality non-Gamstop casinos can do much better than Bronze Casino.
